RANDY JONES INVITATIONAL AND PACIFIC HOSPITALITY GROUP
ANNOUNCE MAJOR JOINT EFFORTS

Four PHG Entities to Support Popular Charity Golf Tournament

SAN  DIEGO, CALIFORNIA (Nov. 17, 2016) – The Randy Jones Golf Invitational,  founded by the former San Diego Padres pitcher to raise money for local  charity golf tournaments, and Pacific Hospitality Group, Inc. (PHG),  which develops and manages hotel and resort properties throughout San  Diego County, announced the beginning of a program that could  potentially increase fundraising for hundreds of charities countywide.

As  part of the agreement, all PHG entities – including Hacienda Hotel Old  Town, Old Town Tequila Factory and Warner Springs Ranch Resort Golf Club  – will be premier sponsors of the popular annual event, which raises  money for a full gamut of charities and rewards the best amateur  foursome in San Diego.

“With a goal of involving as many local  charities as possible, the Randy Jones Invitational is unique in that it  encourages the top teams from other charity golf tournaments to compete  and raise money for their respective causes,” said Pacific Hospitality  Group, Inc. President Fred Grand. “Over the years, our principals have  been associated with some of the world’s top golf resorts, and we are  thrilled to partner with Randy Jones and this most worthy fundraiser.”

Since  its inception in 2014, the Randy Jones Invitational has hosted  thousands of golfers representing more than 200 charities. This year,  the Invitational’s semifinals for 1,440 golfers (360 teams) will be held  January 9-26, 2017 at Woods Valley Golf Club, and the finals will be  held February 18 and 19, 2017 at Rancho Bernardo Golf Resort.

As  an Invitational partner, all PHG entities will provide discounts and  gift certificates for tournaments and finals as well as provide lunches  at tournament events for the next three years. Participating Randy Jones  Invitational charities will also be eligible to receive gift  certificates and discounts for PHG entities for their individual golf  tournaments and golfers.

About Pacific Hospitality Group Inc -  Founded in 1986 by William H. McWethy, Jr., Pacific Hospitality Group,  Inc. (PHG) has been successfully developing and managing hotel and  resort properties in San Diego County and beyond for more than two  decades.

Projects include the Hacienda Hotel in Old Town, a  200-room property overlooking San Diego’s historic district. PHG’s  principals have been associated with world-renowned golf resorts and  have assembled a team of experts with vast experience building and  operating PGA rated courses and resorts, both public and private, in  resort destinations such as San Diego, Palm Springs, Scottsdale and Los  Cabos, Mexico.

In 2013, PHG acquired the historic Warner Springs  Ranch Resort for a multi-phase renovation. The first phase of the  resort, Warner Springs Ranch Golf Club, a 6,850-yard, 18-hole, par-72  championship course surrounded by 60-year-old oak trees, reopened in  November 2015.

PHG and its executives are actively involved in  the community wherever they do business, and have worked together with  nonprofits and other community organizations to improve the quality of  life and promote business and commerce. For more information, visit  www.phgcorp.com.

About Randy Jones Invitational - Over the past  40 years, Randy Jones, San Diego Padres and Breitbard Hall of Fame  member and 1976 Cy Young Award winner, has supported and played in  hundreds of charity golf events in San Diego. In 2012, he made the  decision to run his own golf tournament to: 1) Involve as many local  charities as possible to help them raise awareness and dollars for their  own charity; and 2) Find the top amateur foursome from all of the  charity golf tournaments played in San Diego.

The Randy Jones  Invitational has been a huge success with around 1,500 golfers,  representing over 200 local charities, that play in Randy’s tournament  each year. For more information, visit  http://randyjonesinvitational.com.

PACIFIC HOSPITALITY GROUP ANNOUNCES ACQUISTION OF
HISTORIC WARNER SPRINGS RANCH

San Diego-based Firm to Invest $50 million in Upgrades,
Refurbishments to Landmark Property

WARNER  SPRINGS, Calif. (March 18, 2013) – Poised to rejuvenate a longtime San  Diego County destination, Pacific Hospitality Group, Inc. (PHG) has  acquired the historic Warner Springs Ranch – an iconic San Diego County  destination long known for its healing natural hot springs. The nearly  2,400-acre property was purchased by PHG at auction and will have $15 to  $18 million invested in the acquisition, with plans to invest up to $50  million in the renovation and redevelopment of all facilities.

PHG will take over operations on April 1.

CBRE  was the broker on the deal. According to Jeff Woolson, managing  director of CBRE, “Pacific Hospitality Group’s bid was selected by the  Warner Springs Ranch board of directors and confirmed at auction.”

The  property, which was founded as a working ranch in the mid-1800s and  opened as a resort in the 1920s, currently encompasses a  27,000-square-foot main lodge, 250 casita units, a 144-acre golf course  and club house, four tennis courts, equestrian facilities, two  restaurants, a spa, campgrounds, three swimming pools, a private airport  and meeting facilities. Known as a health resort as well as a  recreational destination, Warner Springs Ranch has gained considerable  fame over the years for its therapeutic natural hot springs and quiet  rural location.

According to PHG’s Chairman, William H. McWethy,  Jr., an extensive renovation will be completed in phases, with the first  phase – a completely upgraded and renovated golf course – slated for  completion in the Spring of 2014. PHG has also announced plans to  incorporate a new winery/tasting room; a state-of-the-art gym and  fitness facility, a beach and tennis club, expanded meeting facilities,  cattle and horse grazing, a spa/wellness center, cultural center, luxury  RV park, hunting and fishing opportunities, and a variety of food and  beverage
